Yesterday we had changes and we didn’t
get time to write. I got a new companion, his name is Elder Aguilar. He is from
Hawaii from the island of Kauai, he has 21 months in the mission and actually
was the trainer of my last companion when he got to the mission. He plays
soccer too, he played tons of futsal and is really good. We are still here in Camargo,
Delicias.
This last week Perla and Rosa got baptized.
We went to a place called the filters. It its really green with water than
comes out of the earth that is really clean. We went up there did a baptism and
after did a BBQ. The sisters that got baptized brought up a bunch of food and
drinks.
I actually did get the package
everything was really good. Those dried fruit things were great. And everyone
loved the beef jerky, the Mexicans have never had jerky like it because the
jerky here is way hard. It was all really good. The ball is actually really
nice too we pumped it up and we juggle every once and a while when we get
time.
I am really excited for conference. Actually
I was in the mission for both of the last conferences. I was actually in the
same area for both of them. But ya I can’t believe that it has been a year
since the first one.
